Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed by consumers and businesses in our online shop.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade or profession. A business is any natural or legal person acting in the exercise of their commercial or professional activity.
Conflicting or supplementary terms of the customer shall not apply unless expressly agreed in writing.

The seller and contractual partner for all products in this online shop is Alyarugs, located in Frankfurt am Main, Germany.
Product Offer and Contract Formation
(1) Products shown in the online shop are non-binding offers.
Colors may vary depending on monitor settings and are technically unavoidable.
(2) Many products are handmade and unique. Minor irregularities in color, shape, or structure are natural and not considered defects.
(3) The contract is concluded when we confirm your order via email (order confirmation).
Order Process
Customers select products and place them in the shopping cart.
The order is completed by clicking the “Complete Order” button.
Before submission, all order details can be reviewed and modified.
Shipping & Delivery
Delivery is made within the estimated timeframe stated on the product page.
- Germany: 3–5 working days
- International: 7–18 working days depending on destination
If delivery fails due to incorrect address, additional shipping costs may apply.
Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have a legal right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
Handmade or custom-made products are excluded from withdrawal if they are clearly personalized.

Final Provisions
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
If the customer is a merchant or business entity, Frankfurt am Main shall be the place of jurisdiction.
If any provision of these terms is invalid, the remaining provisions remain unaffected.
