Return Policy
If you would like to return or exchange your order, we are here to help. We offer returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a replacement product, or a refund to the original payment method.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) takes possession of the goods.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive your withdrawal notification.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of return, whichever occurs first.
You must return the goods within fourteen days from the date you notify us of the withdrawal.
Return shipping costs are covered by us. After reviewing your request, we will send you a return label by e-mail.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this is due to handling beyond what is necessary to examine the product.

2. Once approved, you will receive a prepaid return label
3. Pack the item securely and drop it off at a nearby shipping station

- All products are handmade and unique. Minor imperfections are natural and not considered defects.
- Items must be returned in original or equivalent packaging.
- Items must be unused and undamaged.
